Workshop Policies

1. Booking and Payment:

• Payment is fully refundable if I it’s more the 14 days prior Masterclass date. If you need to cancel later, $100 cancelation fee will be applied. 
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or Afterpay.

2. Cancellation and Refunds:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the workshop will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the workshop will be partially. However, you may transfer your spot to another participant.
• In the unlikely event that the workshop is canceled by Lash Babe Pro, a full refund will be issued.

3. Late Arrivals and No-Shows:

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the workshop start time. Late arrivals may miss important information and will not receive a refund.
• No-shows will forfeit their payment and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

4. Health and Safety:

• All participants must complete a health and allergy questionnaire prior to the workshop.
• If you are feeling unwell, please notify us as soon as possible. We will work with you to reschedule your participation.

5. Workshop Conduct:

• To maintain a professional and focused learning environment, please refrain from bringing children or pets to the workshop.
• Mobile phones should be set to silent mode during the workshop sessions.

6. Materials and Supplies:

• If you have opted for the starter kit, it will be provided at the beginning of the workshop.
• All other necessary materials will be provided. You are welcome to bring your own tools if you prefer.

7. Certification:

• Certificates of Completion will be awarded at the end of the workshop. To receive your certificate, you must attend the entire workshop and participate in all activities.

8. Photography and Media:

• By attending the workshop, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform us in advance.

9. Feedback and Follow-Up:

• We value your feedback! After the workshop, you will receive a survey to share your thoughts and suggestions.
• Follow-up support is available. Feel free to contact us with any questions or for additional guidance.
