SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1-2 business for North Island deliveries, 2-3 days for South Island. Orders made before 8am are processed and shipped the same day. Courier schedule - weekdays 9am, orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
SIGNATURE REQUIRED/NON SIGNATURE - by choosing the type of shipping customer takes responsibility for safety of the goods.
STORE PICKUP - 83 Knights Rd, Rothesay Bay, Auckland, 0630.
Orders can be picked up daily, from 10am-8pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original seals and packaging.
